Simon Gerrans has followed Matt Goss's effort last year and won this years Milan - San Remo Classic!
Not only did he win, but he did it by overtaking Cancellara on the line!

NIGHT LIGHTS

For those early enough on the bike to notice the dark, or those preparing for the winter night rides.
Super Elliots has a great deal on the CygoLite Night Lights.
Frank, Steve Walker, and myself all have these and can't recommend them highly enough.
I paid $260 for a demo light at Christmas, and Supers currently have them walking out the door at $199.

There are two options from Hahndorf to home this week HARD and HARDER. The routes are designed with the aim of keeping it together to Hahndorf then opening it up on the way home all while getting you on some of ADL Hills’s best roads. Both routes tackle the difficult climbs of the Old freeway and Greenhill Rd. The harder route is designed to have you finishing the ride a shell of your former self – not overly long just testing and hard. See Links to Maps Below

Change of plans

Ok, was sure we checked and had the dates right previously. However, the VeloAdelaide is not on this weekend, but the 18th March.
So its back to a normal beach ride this week, with those that race heading to Regency Park for the last criterium race of the season.

MEET HINDMARSH SQ 7:30AM START Outer Harbour - Henley + Glenelg - City, 70km

Normal Outer Harbour run to Henley but with additional loop down to Glenelg Marina and back to Henley (+10km) Coffee @ Evida. Remember hold your line through the roundabouts

Sprint points:Outer harbour round about - Light pole before round about (regather)
Trimmer Parade - Bus Stop 31 before Intersection (regather)
KOM - Mt Patawalonga round about
Henley Esplanade - to the pub (henley beach rd intersection)
