Old Freeway / Aldgate Valley Rd / Hahndorf


Meet - 7:30am - Hindmarsh Square

or -      8:00am - Colonial Car Park


Colonial Car park is between intersection of Portrush and bike path

Race the clock up the Freeway to the Bollards.
Regather ... then Aldgate Valley Rd to Hahndorf

Coffe @ Hahndorf.

SUN RIDE 25.11.2012 - BG FLAT TT / BEACH

 

MEET HINDMARSH SQ 7:30AM START 

Port Rd - BG TT - Outer Harbour - Henley - Glenelg - Henley

 

The trial of truth, the flat TT, man and machine against the clock! 

Ride as group down to the start in the car park of the North Haven Sports Club on Victoria Road. 

 

Start at 30 second intervals - slowest to fastest.  Finish for 6km course is the usual round-about at Outer Harbour - remember no drafting!.

 

Regather - then usual beach ride to Glenelg and back to Henley

Norton Time Trial / Pain Lives Here / Lofty / Norwood

Meet -  7:30am - Hindmarsh Square
 or       - 8:00am - Tower Hotel

Time to see the reward of hard work over winter ... or  ... set yourself a base to work from this summer.


Race the clock up Norton Summit.

Then  .... the usual Pain Lives Here options.

MEET HINDMARSH SQ 7:30AM START Outer Harbour - Henley - Glenelg - Henley

Normal Outer Harbour run to Henley but with additional loop down to Glenelg Marina and back to Henley (+10km). Usual sprint points.
