Sunday Ride
– Montecute Training Loop
This Sundays
weather looks really good. Partly Cloudy, so no sunburn, 17 degrees, so cool so
you don’t sweat too much, and light winds so no pushing into a breeze. This
means two things. Firstly, no weather call phew! Second, according to the ruling
at the meeting of the ride setting subcommittee three weeks ago we will be reporting
for Spring Training. That means short Hills. We will stick to the hills face
with multiple escape routes for those lacking fitness or carrying winter kilos.

On the cycling
front a work colleague left on Thursday riding Mt Gambier to Geelong as part of
gradually, over many years, riding Australia furthest point East-West and only
a few 100km short of furthest North-South on the mainland. They are almost done
after this one.
