Sunday Ride 28/09 – Montecute Training Loop
This Sunday’s
weather was looking really good for the hills…….right up until the one they
issued this afternoon. Still, it looks like it will have passed by ride-time on
Sunday so we will do the hills or if it looks wet and dodgy up there, we will
do a Surf & Turf starting at the Tower.
Weather Partly
Cloudy, so no sunburn, 18 degrees with light winds. Given we are coming out of Winter,
and a few riders lack fitness that means short Hills. We will stick to the
hills face with multiple escape routes for those lacking fitness or carrying
winter kilos.

The early-bird
price for the Epic TDU ride expires on Tuesday. Have a think if you want to participate
this year. It’s a bit of an awkward finish line in Nairne. Close enough to ride
home, far enough that the Prancing Pony and a pickup looks really good.
